1. The support bar can be replaced every six months (according to the actual use), otherwise the cutting effect will be affected or the thin plate can not be cut. Users can buy their own plates (ordinary 3mm carbon steel plate, 2mm carbon steel plate is used for the encryption support bar, and the drawings can be obtained from our after-sales service engineers) for cutting and replacing. When replacing, loosen the layering on the left and right sides of the support bar.
2.The whole equipment should be cleaned every six months, including the inner and outer sheet metal, lighting, workbench, operating table, mouse and keyboard, wireless handheld box, to ensure that the equipment is clean and beautiful.
Laser antifreeze maintenance
Antifreeze must be used when the operating environment is frequently blackout and does not have the condition of daily coolant empties. The base liquid of antifreeze is generally composed of alcohols and water, which requires high boiling point and flash point, high specific heat and large conduction ability, low temperature viscosity, not easy foaming, not corrosive metal parts, rubber hoses, etc. When selecting or preparing antifreeze, the freezing point should be 5°C lower than the minimum temperature of the environment.
Use professional brand of special antifreeze：
CLARIANT is recommended. There are two types of antifreeze suitable for laser systems:
(1)Antifrogen®N Ethylene Glycol — Water type (Industrial Supplies, Toxic to Humans)
(2)Antifrogen®L Propylene glycol — water type (food grade, harmless to humans)
Note: any antifreeze can not completely replace the deionized water, can not be used for a long time throughout the year, and the volume of the use of the water tank solvent accounts for 10%-20%, not more than 20%. After winter, deionized water or purified water must be used for clear pipeline, and the use of deionized water or purified water as coolant should be resumed.
